Terms of Use (beta)

A test version

Dotto is in an early test (beta) phase and free to use. It may change, have bugs, be unavailable at times, or be discontinued. Data may be lost, so keep your own copy of anything important. Dotto is provided “as is”, without any guarantees.

Using Dotto responsibly

• Only add websites you have the right to review, and follow their terms of use.
• Don't post anything illegal, harmful, hateful or infringing, and don't use Dotto for phishing, malware or spam — including through invitations and shared links.
• Don't try to break Dotto's security, overload it, or use it to reach websites in ways their owners don't allow.
• Keep your sign-in links to yourself; you're responsible for your account.

Your content

Comments, replies, files and screenshots stay yours. You let Dotto store and show them to the people who have access to the project, only to run the service. Anyone with a project's link can see its comments, so don't share links to projects with sensitive content.

Ending access

You can delete your account at any time in your profile. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dotto isn't liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from using the beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Polish law applies.
